Due to sanitary purposes all sales are final and not available for a refund. If you received damaged or incorrect items please contact us within 3 business days once your order has been delivered so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Melrose Botanics uses USPS as our shipping courier. After placing an order, our standard processing time is 2-4 business days. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday or holidays. You will receive an email notification from us that will include tracking information.
